Gluten-Free Seedy Crackers |

- 1C Gluten-free Oats
- ½C Pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
- ⅓C Sunflower Seeds
- 3T Chia Seeds
- 3T Ground Flaxseed
- 3T Sesame Seeds
- 1T Poppy Seeds
- 1t Salt
- 2T Olive Oil
- 1T Maple Syrup or Honey
- ¾C Water
- Preheat oven to 375
- Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Add wet ingredients, stir to combine and let stand 10 minutes.
- Divide mixture in half
- Put each half on a separate baking sheet, lined with parchment
- Gently press and spread out until it's the thickness of a cracker (about ¼")
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and carefully flip the cracker over.
- Return to oven and bake 15-20 minutes longer, until edges are crisp and brown.
- Allow to cool and cut or break into smaller pieces.
