It’s been awhile since I shared some favorites so what better time than the present? Here’s what I’m loving right now!
Healthy Things to Love This Spring
Crystal Natural Deodorant. I’ve been a fan of deodorant in crystal form for years now. Made of mineral salts, I find them to be an effective alternative to aluminum-based deodorants. The one drawback of a crystal is it doesn’t travel that well. That said, I recently was sent some Crystal-brand stick deodorants to try. These deodorant sticks are nice because they contain no aluminum or baking soda and they’re scented with essential oils. They go on smooth, not sticky, there’s no white residue and they last for 24 hours. I loved the variety of clean, subtle scents. Naples Soap Co. Shampoo Bar. Because we rented a house in Florida, there were no toiletries like you’d find in a hotel. Rather than drag a big ole bottle of shampoo with me for the month, or purchase one when I got there, I brought my favorite Shampoo Bar from the Naples Soap company. One bar lasts 50-75 washes, is eco-friendly, oh and it smells divine. Find them on Amazon (affiliate link).
Probiotic-10 +Inulin from Now Foods. I’ve learned so much about gut health over the past year or so and this probiotic keeps me feeling great. I haven’t tried the crystal deodorant. Glad to hear it works! I’ll have to check it out. And I do love those Balega socks.

I am eagerly awaiting those bulbs Mr.Judy planted last Fall to flower. Simple pleasures. 🙂 I am grateful he did that work!

I have not tried the crystal deodorants yet but have seen them around lately. Thanks for the reminder on the socks. It’s a good time to grab some new ones. Also a big fan of Balegas
Since I haven’t been shopping in a store I’ve gotten in a rut with my products. It’s great to have ideas of new things to try.

I’ve tried all sorts of natural deodorants, but not a crystal- i’ll have to try that one. And I have different Balega socks (which I love) but I think I’ll check these out because I’m looking for something thinner. Thanks!
That deodorant sounds great! I’ve struggled when Ive tried natural ones but Toms seems to work pretty well for me.
Swiftwick VIBE zero are my favorite socks right now. Balega socks are a little thick for me but these Ultra Glides sound like ones I might like.

I have a few pairs fo the ultraglide and I love them too. I bought them at an expo in Detroit. I am intrigued about the shampoo bar. I have no plans to travel anywhere but that will come in handy for a trip.
Believe it or not, I have never heard of a shampoo bar. I just checked it on Amazon – very interesting indeed, especially for travelling. Thank you for pointing this out!
I have very dry hair and need a conditioner after shampoo. Do you know whether this shampoo bar requires a conditioner?
