It’s a free topic week on the Tuesdays on the Run Linkup and I’m celebrating with a Balega Sock giveaway. Before we get to that, here are the linkup topics for the remainder of the year. I can’t believe I’m typing that but there it is. Father Time waits for no one:
12/3: Runner gifts
12/10: Show us your 2018 race bling
12/18: Evaluate your 2018 goals
12/24: 2018 in review
12/31: Best and worst of 2018
Tis the season for giving so I’m giving away some of my favorite things. Let’s start with the feet.
Balega socks are hands (and feet) down, my favorite. Whether it’s the hidden comfort no-show in summer, the Enduros, Silvers or the Blister-Resist Quarter length that are oh so perfect for winter on the trails because they’re just long enough to close that gap between sock and tights to keep icy winter wind out, I never saw a Balega I didn’t love.
Since it’s cold out there I’m giving away the Blister Resist Quarter length. I’ve got blister-prone feet and these keep them blister-free and happy, even through marathons. They’re made of a blend of mohair and Drynamix® moisture wicking fibers. They feature a seamless toe and a little support for the arches that feels divine. The cuff is just long enough to keep out dirt and gravel if you’re a trail fan like I am. Last but not least, they come in some fun color combos. Because runners are all about fun.
WIN IT!
I’m going to be mysterious here and not tell you how many winners there will be. Maybe one, maybe more. So if you’d like a chance to try some Balega Blister-Resist socks, I suggest you get in on this one. Good luck!
It’s that time again…
Be sure to join me right here this Friday for the Runfession Friday Linkup!

I love Balega socks! My other favorites lately are Swiftwick Pursuit (merino wool) and Wrightsocks. I think I might love socks as much as running shoes:)

Did I ever tell you that I actually dislike wearing socks to run? I ‘ve run without them and ended up getting blisters on the top of my feet, so I guess I have to wear them and when I do, I very much enjoy my Balegas!
Thank you for posting the topics for the rest of the year. I took a screen shot so now maybe I’ll actually keep up with the topics! Sorry for not following them the last few weeks. -M
