I started the day in my usual way:
1/2 a Think Thin bar with 1/2 a cup of coffee with a pinch of Stevia. Oh and a big glass of water.
Morning snack was a banana w/almond butter and more water.
Lunch was a big honkin’ salad: spinach/romaine, tomatoes, cucumber, red peppers, nuts, berries, seeds, and some leftover asian chicken.
Afternoon snacks:
I started with some of this…
… then the train suffered a full derailment when I found some of this in the fridge.
Not that I ate a ton or anything, but still. Not my finest hour.
Ok so here’s dinner:
Pioneer Woman’s Butter Chicken
Except I served it over brown rice noodles instead of rice.
This is usually quite delicious. I like to make it when I have cilantro laying around. Except there’s a boatload of cream in the recipe. I subbed in coconut milk instead but it came out way too salty.
On to the weigh in:

Week 3: +1.4
Total: -1 pound
Yeah so not a great day and not the greatest week. But with Thanksgiving in there I’m not surprised. The Caveman’s holiday party is this weekend (if I find something to wear). Hopefully that won’t throw me further off track.
