i think this is my highest mileage week instead of a taper… ๐ but then again i've been having some pretty low/unactive weeks with the vertigo so that is my excuse and i'm gonna milk it!!
i hope you are enjoying your taper though – you deserve it much more than i, so you can have mine too ๐
Her Name is Rio says
Go Go Marcia! Very inspirational for me as I admit that my core work has been slacking off, although I have increased my mileage! ๐

Marcia!
i just wanna say..marcia marcia marcia! i'm sure you've never heard that one b4.
anyhoots, wow, get tracking of everyone's races/progress. That's some serious energy. and yes, lavaman rocked the house for me, even though at mile 4.5 I was swearin' off all tri's forever. i'm okay now. back on track.
and i can't WAIT for Boston for y'all! I'm gonna just live vicariously thru you all for the next 1.5 weeks;-)
Running Through Life says
You must be getting so excited! I have been running my highest mileages to date. 16 miler on Saturday and total of 35 miles this past week.
I Run for Fun says
Can't wait for Boston…it's almost like I am participating! Good luck!
Geri says
I'm trying to stay on schedule while dealing with posterior tibial tendonitis. Good news – my doc is a marathoner and sympathetic to my desire to keep training. You are my inspiration on how to work through an injury and get to race day in good shape. Can't believe you'll be hitting the streets of Boston again in a week!
Suzy says
10 days left!!! Hmmm, I finally scheduled a 5K at the end of May. Only time will tell how I do. I know I can shave a good 3-4 mins off my last 5K if I'm half-way with it on race day. I've decided I really don't like the short distance though.
