As you probably know from my training recaps, I’ve been spending considerable time with the KettleWorx DVD Series. I had always wanted to try a Kettle Bell workout but didn’t know what to do with the darn thing. That’s where this set comes in, It gives you EVERYTHING you need and more to transform yourself into a lean mean fat burning machine. I am no stranger to working out with weights but the kettle bell gave me a workout that was challenging and different from anything I’d done before.
Thanks to the amazing folks at KettleWorx, one lucky reader will receive:

This is the best giveaway EVER! I have always wanted to try Kettlebell but don't really know where to start. PICK ME, PICK ME!
I have to confess, I'm pretty lazy with my Core. Though I am trying to get better! One thing someone suggested is to do things while standing on one leg – dishes, brushing teeth, ironing, etc. It strengthens the ankles and works your core (balance).
Catey says
I rely on pilates and yoga. And I've recently started Zumba which is a heck of a lot more ab work than I thought. Its great!

I (STILL!) do nothing for my core. It's a giant vat of goo right now. Ok so it's flatter from the running, and spinning … but other then that (oh and the 45 minutes of CPR I did the other day that left me crippled in every muscle group ..) I still do NADA for core work. Hence the reason I'm entering your giveaway right now …
