As you probably know from my training recaps, I’ve been spending considerable time with the KettleWorx DVD Series. I had always wanted to try a Kettle Bell workout but didn’t know what to do with the darn thing. That’s where this set comes in, It gives you EVERYTHING you need and more to transform yourself into a lean mean fat burning machine. I am no stranger to working out with weights but the kettle bell gave me a workout that was challenging and different from anything I’d done before.
Thanks to the amazing folks at KettleWorx, one lucky reader will receive:

I've always been intrigued by the the kettlebell workouts! Awesome!
I keep my core strong by doing balance work on a rocker board, using bands for strength training, and laying/sitting on a ball instead of bench whenever possible while lifting weights.
I am an A-Lister!
I do yoga to keep my core strong however I really would like to add some resistance or weight training to that.
Kettle bells are awesome! I would love to win this!

I'm a faithful follower! Awesome giveaway!
Right now I am not doing enough to strengthene my core. This is a new goal for me…add core and strength training to my workout schedule! I plan to do mostly crunches and push-ups etc, stuff I don't need extra equipment for. Would love to try this though!

I need to be better about core strengthening. I do ab work (crunches etc) a few time a wk and I do a little yoga. But its not really enough.
This is the best giveaway EVER! I have always wanted to try Kettlebell but don't really know where to start. PICK ME, PICK ME!
I have to confess, I'm pretty lazy with my Core. Though I am trying to get better! One thing someone suggested is to do things while standing on one leg – dishes, brushing teeth, ironing, etc. It strengthens the ankles and works your core (balance).
I rely on pilates and yoga. And I've recently started Zumba which is a heck of a lot more ab work than I thought. Its great!
I'm an A-Lister, baby!!!

I haven't found anything I really like to use about keeping my core strong. I switch back and forth with a couple things. I've tried Kettle Bell work outs in the past and I love them!
I love, LOVE kettlebells and would love to try these DVD's.
Ohh…I would love to win this! What I do to keep my core strong is different core workouts I've gathered over the years. I try to do them several times a week, but I know I need to do them more frequently. I also do yoga!

A-lister here :).
I do two core workouts a week with a variety of different exercises: woodchops, UH unilateral pull downs, t-pushups, ab crunches, reverse ab curls, hammers…. just to name a few.
I do some core training a few times a week, but sometimes, not often enough. THose include simple body exercises like pushups, situps, etc. I am thinking about trying the P90X system. My brother did that while he was in Iraq. BTW, I dont want to sound ignorant, but what is an A-Lister? lol.
They have core fusion workouts on fittv now. Ahhhhh they are so crucial!
I do push-ups and planks to keep my core strong. Once upon a time (and hopefully in the near future) I did yoga as well.

I (STILL!) do nothing for my core. It's a giant vat of goo right now. Ok so it's flatter from the running, and spinning … but other then that (oh and the 45 minutes of CPR I did the other day that left me crippled in every muscle group ..) I still do NADA for core work. Hence the reason I'm entering your giveaway right now …
