Yes time does fly. Who’d have thunk I’d be Running Off at the Mouth for a whole year already? Indeed it is true. One year is the paper anniversary so to commemorate I thought I’d keep with the paper theme.

  1. Awesome giveaway! My most momentous occasion in 2009 was running in my first race, it was a 5K, I was incredibly slow but it was amazing and that was how I caught the running bug. In 2010 I'm looking forward to running my first half marathon, that day will probably be up there with the birth of my kids for best day ever!

    My recent trip to India was one of the most momentous things that I did in 2009. I'd probably put some of my vacation photos into a picture book.

    I am a loyal and supportive follower…okay not so funny (note the above attempt at humor), but I try.

    The biggest event for 2010 is my son leaving to begin his life in the Army. 19 1/2 years in the making and I am still not ready. What an interesting place to be emotionally when your children (I am very very close with my oldest son) start their own lives. I am eager for him to continue to amaze himself and me!

    my most memorable moment in 2009 was probably my marathon. i did it 100% for me and worked so hard for it. in 2010 my most memorable moment will likely be my graduation. huge milestone!

    Most memorable moment of 2009 – undoubtedly, running the Boston Marathon. Well, technically, not just the running of it, but the whole Boston experience. As amazing as everyone told me it would be.

    And, yes, I'm already a follower!

I guess my momentous 2009 occasion was falling off my bike–which caused me to miss my first tri and what would have been my fourth marathon.   19. Most monumental for me in 2009 was crossing the finish line of my first triathlon after getting bad stress fractures in my first marathon attempt, resulting in a DNF. Happy New Year!

  30. Hmm … 2009 was pretty big for me. The two things that stick out the most are the birth of my beautiful daughter Natalie AND running a marathon 9 months postpartum!

  38. The most momentous occasion of 2009 for me was winning 1st place in my age group – it was only a pair of socks but I don't run fast, I am 56 and I started running for the first time last year.

  43. Momentous Moment of 2009-Being flooded and losing most of our belongings and the recovery from there. It has been a long road. I'm so thankful that I have running as a stress reliever.
