Stuff I Love and a Giveaway

1. Before we delve into things I’m loving now, let me just say I’m especially loving that there might just be an end in sight to this polar madness we’ve endured for way too long! 50’s next week? Yes please!

Elli Quark

2. Beautiful breakfast. I’m all about coffee first thing in the morning. I know it’s wrong, but sometimes breakfast doesn’t happen until way later. When I received a test case of Elli Quark deliciousness, breakfast became a highlight of my day. What’s Elli Quark? It’s actually spoonable cheese. But it looks and acts like yogurt, except it’s denser, creamier and without the sour bite. It comes in a whole mess of really fun flavors we all love. Even my finicky kids. Salted Caramel anyone?

Even the plain is simply delicious. Elli Quark has no added sugars or artificial sweeteners and it packs 15% more protein than Greek Yogurt with only 6 net carbs.

3. Tasc Bamboo Apparel. When the Caveman went to Asia in January, he wanted to pack light yet avoid doing laundry as much as possible. He bought a bunch of bamboo shirts that served him really well i.e: they don’t get stanky. Benevolent soul that he is (even though he eats ALL my nut butter) he got me this long sleeve. In a word? LOVE. It’s soft, comfy, breathes and yes doesn’t stink. And if that weren’t enough? Thumbholes too!

4. Lily Trotter Compression Socks. You know I love me some compression and with my training schedule you’ll find me rocking compression socks most days. Holy cuteness this pair from Lily Trotters was like a breath of fresh spring air when it showed up on my doorstep. Could the dots be any cuter? I think not. The socks are super well made and have a luxurious feel you’ll want to wear every day. Lily Trotters are brand new, in fact not even available yet so I am extra grateful to get a sneak peek.

5. Viewsport Tank. This is one of those pieces I reach for again and again. This high-quality tank fits perfectly, wicks away sweat and is super comfy whether I’m running, strength training or doing yoga.

But the real fun starts when you  get your sweat on. The sweat-activated fabric reveals a motivational message when you get all steamed up. Mine says Better Stronger Faster and there are more to choose from.

  16. A tshirt that shows a secret message when sweaty?! I love it! I checked out their site and I love all their tanks. Snarky sayings are my thing! I like the Burpees Don’t alike You Either! Haha that’s prob true

  17. My sister gave me one of these tanks with a hidden message…not sure it’s the same brand. The message on my is “Run With Heart” but the last few letters sometime don’t come through all the way. So it literally looks like “Run With Head”. I’m not kidding. HA HA. I would like ANY message other than that.

  25. So glad your weather is going to improve! I have been seeing all the posts and pics on instagram and feeling so sorry for everyone over there:( I am enjoying sun here in WA:) Although it’s in the 30’s in the morning it usually gets into the 50’s by afternoon:) I will definitely take it!

  26. Cute tank top and socks! I recently just saw the same pair of socks on another blog. I need to try his brand out. I have never heard of that cheese. I like that it has more protein which will be more filling.
